An upfront once-off Establishment Fee of $70 is required to get your account activated (repeat purchase fee’s are only $22), along with a recurring $8 monthly fee.
Your establishment fee is spread over the duration of your payment plan, additional payments can be made, or you can even pay out your plan early with no additional payout fee’s.

When you apply, your application is assessed by National Dental Plan (NDP) and you can be approved for up to $12,000.
Yes, a standard 20% deposit is required. Humm VIP customers may be approved for a lower or 0% deposit.
Every fortnight the set payment amount will be deducted from your nominated bank account or credit card.
If a repayment is missed, then a re-attempt of the deducted amount will be made the same day, if the payment fails again the nominated bank will contact NDP.
If payment continues to fail then you will receive a communication from NDP in order to re-establish the payment plan.
