Two weeks before the whitening appointment, start using any form of sensitive tooth paste like Sensodyne or Colgate Sensitive and keep using it two weeks before. On the day of the whitening, what I suggest is take that tooth paste, just a bee size, and instead of brushing, just rub it all around about an hour before the procedure. What it does is it just give a little bit of extra boost. So that will help minimise the process.
You don’t have to do it but if someone who have a very low paying threshold, then I would probably take two paracetamol tablets half an hour before the appointment so at least when the process is there, you’ll managing the pain well.
